Everything about caring for the Sleep Set, how it ships, what happens with your data, and the terms you agree to at checkout.

Care

Preserve the finish. Extend the life.

The Sleep Set is 100% ultrafine merino wool with the Thermocline finish. Wool asks for less washing than cotton and gentler handling when you do wash it. Follow the protocol below and the finish holds through 50 wash cycles and beyond.

WashCold or 30°C wool cycle. Inside out. Low spin. Wash only when needed, not after every night.
DetergentWool safe, pH neutral liquid. Never fabric softener, never bleach, never optical brighteners.
DryDry flat in shade. Never wring, never tumble hot, never dry on a hot radiator.
Between wearsAir the set for a few hours. Merino releases odour on its own, so most nights need no wash at all.
IronNot required. If pressing, use a cool iron on the reverse with a cloth.
Do notDry clean, bleach, soak in hot water, or wash with denim, towels or anything abrasive.
StorageStore folded and clean in a breathable drawer. Moths are drawn to soiled wool, not clean wool.

Cold water, a wool safe detergent and flat drying keep both the merino handle and the Thermocline finish intact for the life of the garment.

How your Set reaches you.

All orders are packed in recycled protective packaging and shipped from our fulfilment centre. Tracking is provided by email at dispatch.

Orders placed before 12:00 UTC ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day.

Duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout where possible; otherwise they are collected by the carrier on delivery.

What we collect. What we never touch.

HADAL only collects what is required to deliver the product, serve relevant advertising, and improve the experience. Nothing is sold to third parties.

StorageOrder and account data is stored in an EU-region managed database with encryption at rest and in transit.
RetentionOrder records: 7 years (tax law). Marketing signups: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months rolling.

Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't place the order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order and to limit quantities per customer.

Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and exclude duties and taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will notify you if that affects your order.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed sets in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Worn sets are non-returnable.

Warranty

The Thermocline finish is warranted through 50 wash cycles when the Care protocol is followed. Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery.

Intellectual property

All content, imagery, brand marks and product IP are owned by HADAL. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.

Liability

HADAL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HADAL is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
