Everything about caring for the Sleep Set, how it ships, what happens with your data, and the terms you agree to at checkout.

Care

Preserve the coating. Extend the life.

The Sleep Set is a coated Gen 3 Lyocell Micromodal. The cooling coating is engineered to survive 50 wash cycles at full performance. Follow the protocol below to hit, and exceed, that threshold.

WashCold machine wash (max 30°C). Inside out. Gentle cycle.
DetergentpH-neutral, liquid. No bleach, no fabric softener, no optical brighteners.
DryLine dry in shade. Tumble dry low only if necessary. Never hot.
IronNot required. If pressing, use a cool iron on the reverse side.
Do notDry clean, bleach, or wash with abrasive fabrics like denim and towels.
StorageFold flat in a breathable drawer. Avoid direct sunlight.

Following this protocol preserves the FIR-cooling coating and the plated interlock hand-feel for the full life of the garment.

How your Set reaches you.

All orders are packed in recycled protective packaging and shipped from our fulfilment centre. Tracking is provided by email at dispatch.

Orders placed before 12:00 UTC ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day.

Duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout where possible; otherwise they are collected by the carrier on delivery.

HADAL only collects what is required to deliver the product, serve relevant advertising, and improve the experience. Nothing is sold to third parties.

StorageOrder and account data is stored in an EU-region managed database with encryption at rest and in transit.
RetentionOrder records: 7 years (tax law). Marketing signups: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months rolling.

Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't place the order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order and to limit quantities per customer.

Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and exclude duties and taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will notify you if that affects your order.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed sets in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Worn sets are non-returnable.

Warranty

The cooling coating is warranted through 50 wash cycles when the Care protocol is followed. Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery.

Intellectual property

All content, imagery, brand marks and product IP are owned by HADAL. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.

Liability

HADAL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HADAL is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
